The Trinity B2 GESE Grade 7 test is a 15-minute speaking and listening test that has a topic phase, an interactive phase and a conversation phase. It is a 1-2-1 conversation with a Trinity examiner online by video call. You take the test at a Trinity SELT test centre. You can use this test to prove your knowledge of English language when you apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain on or after 26th March 2027. Please note if you are applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain (settlement) through the BN(O), HM Armed Forces or Domestic Worker (Private household) visa route, you still need to pass a B1 Speaking and Listening test (GESE Grade 5)
